If you are traveling by public transport, take the bus to Victorville Transportation Center. From there, board the VVTA Route 53 Westbound and get off at Palmdale Rd & Amargosa Rd stop. Walk about 5 minutes towards the east to reach the restaurants.

If you are driving, take I-15N and exit on Palmdale Road towards east. The restaurants would be on your right side after crossing Amargosa Rd. There is ample parking available in front of the restaurants.
