Food for the soul. Our Beef Back soup is our main dish here. Half-cut, tender juicy and meaty back ribs in beef broth, topped with green onion, dry jujube, and egg strips. Served with our naturally sweetened mustard dipping sauce. Served with white rice. We also have a spicy version of it with cabbage for those who love some spiciness.
