Has anyone else noticed that the has been a bit lax lately on graffiti cleanup? I have had a service request that has been open since June 3rd that has yet to be completed. It used to take around 3 days for them to complete the cleanup and now weeks?!? It is bad enough that nothing is done to these fools and now nothing is being done to remediate.

I haven't posted in quite a while, and this doesn't fall into one of my regulars, but I figured that I would share it anyway. I had to harvest my tomatoes early and have way too much marinara in the freezer, so I decided to try my hand at pickling. Here is my 1st try. They will be ready in another week.

To get to the catering service location, take the Metro Red Line or Purple line to Union Station in Downtown LA. From there, transfer on to the Gold Line Eastside Extension and continue to Indiana Station. Walk south on Soto St. for about 10 minutes and turn left onto Whittier Blvd. The destination will be on your right.

If driving, take the 101 Freeway east towards Los Angeles and exit at Alameda St. Turn right onto Whittier Blvd and continue for about 4 miles until you reach the destination on your left. There is paid street parking available nearby.
