To get to Fountain Avenue in Los Angeles via public transport, take the bus or train to Hollywood/Western station, then transfer to Bus 180/181 towards Hollywood/Vine. Get off at Fountain Ave & N Gower St and walk east on Fountain Avenue for one block.
If driving, take US-101 N towards Hollywood, then take exit 9C toward Gower Street. Turn right onto N Gower St and then left onto Fountain Ave. The restaurant is located on the right-hand side of the road. Street parking is available but limited; there is a paid parking lot nearby on Wilton Place.

Found Oyster on Fountain Avenue is a seafood restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant has recently reopened its Boat Deck, which provides a unique and enjoyable outdoor seating experience. Found Oyster's menu features a variety of delicious seafood dishes, including the popular Steak Tartare Burger and Fried Cod Sandwich with dill and cornichon remoulade. The Spot Prawn Sashimi with fried head and togarashi is also a must-try dish. The restaurant is open seven days a week, from Monday to Friday 4 pm to 10 pm and Saturday to Sunday 12 pm to 10 pm, with last seating every night at 10 pm. Found Oyster operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so there's no need for reservations. The Whole Grilled Flounder served with ginger butter and the Fried Kanpachi Collar with yuzu ponzu and togarashi are also highly recommended dishes. Found Oyster's Magic Myrna Potatoes with white soy crème fraiche and bottarga are another standout dish that you shouldn't miss out on. Overall, Found Oyster is an excellent seafood restaurant that offers fresh, flavorful dishes in a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for any occasion.
