Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🔥

Mango Cake with Strawberry Topping and Soft Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
- 250 g of Mary type biscuits
- 100 g of melted butter
- 500 g fresh mango (peeled and chopped)
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 250 ml de crema para batir
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 200 g fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 50 ml of liquid cream
Instrucciones:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash biscuits until thin crumbs and mix with melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a detachable cake mold and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
4. In a bowl, mix chopped mango, condensed milk, whipped cream and vanilla. Pour over cookie base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. For the caramel sauce, melt the sugar and water in a skillet over medium heat until you get a golden caramel. Remove from fire and add the liquid cream carefully. Mix well and let to cool.
6. Decorate the cake with sliced strawberries and dip in caramel sauce before serving.

Deep Hamburger Sausage & Pepperoni Pie
Ingredients:
•I box Pillsbury ready bake pie crust( comes with 2 rolled pie crust)
• For the Filling:
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 1/2 pound Italian sausage (optional)
• 1 cup pepperoni slices
• 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce or marinara
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or provolone cheese
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
3 tablespoons of melted butter ( to brush on top crust)
Instructions:
2. Prepare the Filling:
• Cook the ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
• Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
3. Assemble the Pizza Pie:
• Roll out the dough to fit a deep-dish pie pan or a deep skillet.
• Layer the bottom with half of the mozzarella cheese.
• Add a layer of cooked ground beef, Italian sausage, and pepperoni.
• Pour the pizza sauce evenly over the meat and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
• Top with the remaining cheese and another layer of pepperoni slices. Top with remaining crust brush with melted butter and garlic powder.
4. Bake the Pizza Pie:
• Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
• Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Garlic Butter Turkey Meatballs with Parmesan Sauce 🧄
🛒 Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
For the Parmesan sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls.
Cook the meatballs: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning to brown all sides, until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook 1 more minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and cream, then add Parmesan. Simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
Combine: Return meatballs to the skillet and spoon sauce over them. Simmer for a couple more minutes.
Serve and enjoy: Garnish with parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes!

200 g (7 oz) brie cheese, cut into small bite-sized cubes
½ cup (65 g) shelled pistachios, finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for roasting)
Fresh thyme or pomegranate arils, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper
Roll each brie cube gently in the chopped pistachios, pressing lightly so they adhere evenly
Place the pistachio-coated brie bites on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil if desired
Bake for 7–10 minutes, just until the brie starts to soften and the pistachios are lightly golden
Meanwhile, whisk together honey and pomegranate molasses until smooth

⅓ cup (50 g) dried cranberries
¼ cup (30 g) chopped walnuts
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3-inch (7.5 cm) squares.
Place a cube of Brie in the center of each square, then top with a few cranberries and chopped walnuts. Drizzle lightly with honey.

1 tbsp (15 g) honey
1 tbsp (15 g) butter, melted
Crackers or phyllo cups, for serving

2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 g) butter
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp (30 g) butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp (4 g) chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
