Almost 100% of the items we serve on our menu; including banchan (Korean side dishes) are all handmade in-house. Our goal has always been to maintain the authenticity of traditional flavors and the only way to do that is to make everything by hand. Kimchi is one of those items that we proudly serve handmade as it is a staple of Korean cuisine. Making Kimchi is an arduous task that not only takes skill but enormous amounts of laborious patience. But we choose to do it as our customer’s satisfaction is priority number one.

A new addition to our menu, Jokbal (pig’s feet). This traditional food is usually eaten as an appetizer and is best paired with soju! Eaten cold, the combination of pork, pickled radish, jalapeños and pickled salted shrimp is literally a mouthful of flavor you can appreciate 😊
