Spare Tire - Kitchen & Tavern was a gastropub and chicken restaurant located on Wilshire Boulevard. The restaurant prided themselves as "The People's Pub" and offered a variety of food and drink specials, including Happy Hour from 4 pm to 7 pm every day and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. Spare Tire - Kitchen & Tavern had new operating hours from Monday to Friday, opening at 4 pm and closing at 10 pm while opening earlier at 11 am on weekends. In their final social media post, the restaurant invited people to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with them in March 2022. Unfortunately, Spare Tire - Kitchen & Tavern is now permanently closed.
