Eva Garcia, alongside her husband Jesus and their daughter Ashley, built this catering business not through formal culinary training, but through years of hands-on experience, a deep love for family, and a passion for meaningful gatherings.

What began as working family Banquetes Economicos Inc. grew into a shared calling to serve weddings, anniversaries, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. Each event strengthened not only their skills, but their bond as a family—something that continues to shape how they serve every client today.

With over 25 years of experience, Eva, Jesus, and Ashley lead their family-run business with care, dedication, and heart. From the first consultation to the final plate served, they treat every celebration as if it were their own, honoring each couple and family with personal service, authentic flavors, and genuine connection.

To reach the location, you can take public transport by taking the bus to Chino and getting off at the Chino Transit Center. From there, walk towards Central Ave and turn left. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the destination.

Alternatively, if you are driving, take the I-10 East and exit on Central Ave in Chino. Turn right onto Central Ave and continue driving for about 2 miles until you reach the location. There is a parking lot available on-site for customers.
