As many of you know, we said goodbye to our beloved Head Chef two weeks ago after more than 20 years of dedication to our restaurant.
He was deeply loved by our team and by so many of you who had the chance to know him through his work. We continue to feel his absence every day.
Many of you have reached out asking how you can support his family. In response, we are accepting voluntary donations to help with funeral expenses and other needs, while maintaining the family’s privacy and dignity.
Please know that any gesture, no matter the size, is appreciated—but never expected.
