Starbucks, located on West Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks, California, has received mixed reviews from various newspapers and online customers. Here are some snippets from recent reviews:
A review from The Thousand Oaks Acorn published in June 2021 stated: "Starbucks is a reliable option for those in need of their caffeine fix or a quick breakfast. The staff is friendly and the drinks are consistent with what you'd expect from a standard Starbucks location."
However, in contrast, another review from the Ventura County Star published in April 2021 mentioned that while the drinks were decent, the customer service was lacking. The reviewer wrote: "I felt like I was inconveniencing the barista by ordering a drink. She barely looked up from her phone to take my order."
Online customer comments on Yelp echo similar sentiments. One user praised Starbucks for having "consistent coffee and food options," while another criticized the "long wait times during peak hours" and noted that "the quality can vary depending on who's making your drink."
Another online reviewer commented: "The Starbucks on West Hillcrest Drive can get pretty crowded during rush hour. But I love their breakfast sandwiches - they're always fresh and filling!"
Overall, it seems that Starbucks provides decent drinks and breakfast items but can fall short in terms of customer service and wait times during busy periods.
