The Fit Bar Sierra Madre
Temporary Closure
Hey Fit Fam! As you all know we have been going through it with some much needed repairs to our HVAC and some other challenges at our little Kersting Court home.
We've made the decision to temporarily close to make some repairs, remodel, and some other adjustments. We apologize for the last minute announcement. Tomorrow 7/31 will be our last day open for the next couple weeks.
Our fabulous team will all be over at our Pasadena location (https://www.yelp.com/biz/fit-bar-superfood-cafe-pasadena?osq=Fit+Bar) . We know it might be a little further from home but we'd love to see you all over there. Your loyalty points will be honored there and if you visit us during the month of August and mention that you're coming by way of the Sierra Madre we'll take an additional 10% off your order.

As you know it's HOT...!
Fit Bar Fam!
Our AC has been on the frits and we've made several repairs with no long term luck. Unfortunately, the unit needs to be replaced. We have had no response from our landlord in regards to replacing the AC unit.... they won't return emails or calls.
We've most recently sent out certified mail to ensure their acknowledgment of the issue but again have yet to hear back.
The conditions inside our little space are unsafe for the crew during this heat wave without the AC and we'll be forced to close for the next couple days. We'll keep you updated via email or on our instagram stories (https://www.instagram.com/fitbarcafe/) .

Basics of Breath Workshop
February 1st, 2021 at 5pm PST
Join us as we kick off our Redefining Wellness Virtual Workshop series with the Basics of Breath. Founder and coach, Jacob, will take you through the basics of breath mechanics, an overview of different breath protocol and breathing patterns, and different approaches to breathwork and practice.
Throughout February we will be partnering with Aion Training, located here in Pasadena, to deliver virtual workshops that will help you rethink and redefine what wellness means to you. Each workshop will cover a new topic that falls under our pillars of movement, mindset, and nutrition.
The workshop series is free of charge and open to all.
Workshops will be hosted on Zoom, so no need to be local to the area!

To reach Kersting Court in Sierra Madre by public transport, take the bus to the Sierra Madre Villa Station and then walk along Sierra Madre Boulevard for about 10 minutes until you reach Kersting Court.
For those driving, take the Sierra Madre Boulevard exit from the 210 freeway and drive towards downtown Sierra Madre. Parking is available in nearby lots or on the street.
