With that Westin has always pulled up a stool & been my mini sous learning about the array of veggies & the humbling job it is to wash, pick, & prep what’s for dinner tonight.
Tonight, for St Patrick’s we have ukoy ,
a Filipino veggie fritter made of Brussels and potatoes a little rainbow 🌈 through the unpredictable storms.
