"Doing what is right" is the value Lisa Palmer says has held Regency together for 30 years — from her first day in 1996 when the company owned about 30 properties, to her role today as President and CEO of a portfolio of nearly 500.
In between: a decade in Capital Markets, six years as CFO, and the added title of President in 2016, a role she's held through becoming CEO in 2020.
Her belief hasn't moved once in three decades: the company can change everything about itself, but at its core, it stays the same. Ask anyone who's worked with her and they'll tell you the same thing: she means it.

To reach the destination at Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach, you have a couple of options for transportation:
**By Public Transport:**
1. **Metro Bus:** Take the Metro Line 130 or 232 to the nearest stop on Pacific Coast Highway and then transfer to the Hermosa Beach local bus (Line 1) which will take you directly to Pier Avenue.
2. **Light Rail:** If you're coming from Los Angeles, take the Metro C Line (Green) to Redondo Beach Station, then catch a local bus or rideshare service to reach Pier Avenue.
**By Car:**
1. From Los Angeles, take the I-405 South and merge onto Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1). Follow CA-1 until you reach Hermosa Beach.
2. Turn onto Pier Avenue and look for parking options along the street or in nearby public lots.
**Parking:** There are several public parking lots available near Pier Avenue, as well as metered street parking. Be sure to check for any time restrictions or fees before leaving your vehicle.
