A Culinary Arts graduate from Auguste Escoffier School, Chef Lucas holds numerous awards from culinary competitions and emphasizes the importance of quality in every meal prepared. With aspirations to expand into a chain across the United States and initiate mentorship programs for juvenile delinquents and veterans with a culinary passion, Luchals aims to make a lasting impact on both its customers and community.

Travis traveled all the way from Texas to take on the role of Kitchen Manager, and since day one, he has given his all to help strengthen our organization.

Through the ups and downs, he has remained committed to upholding the standards our kitchen requires while continuously growing as a leader.

His willingness to learn, accept mentorship, and dedicate himself to the success of our team has made a lasting impact on our dining program.

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize one of our incredible team members, Chrystina.

Chrystina came to us during a time of transition and disarray, and since day one, she has dedicated her time, effort, and energy to ensuring our beverage program runs smoothly and that our operations are maintained at the high standards we expect at Luchals.

If you work at Luchals, you know that every day isn’t rainbows and butterflies. There are challenges, long hours, and moments that test us as a company.

Through it all, Chrystina has stayed 10 toes down through the not so great times, continues to show up, gives 100%, and lead by example.

Today, we simply want to say thank you. We appreciate your hard work, dedication, reliability, and commitment to the success of Luchals. Your contributions do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful to have you as part of our team.

Yesterday, we took a trip back down memory lane as we catered for Hillside Connection Senior Recognition Class of 2026.

Hillside is a nonprofit organization that serves the community through basketball and other impactful programs. Our very own son, Isaiah, had the opportunity to be a part of this program during his junior high school days before aging out and going on to play AAU basketball and with other league teams.

We are so proud of what this organization has become and the impact it continues to make on adolescents in our community. We truly appreciate being a part of it as well.

Congratulations to all of the young men and women who were recognized yesterday! 🎉 💜
