My dear families and friends,
As you may know, I recently lost my dear mother, and I have been grieving deeply for some time now. In the midst of this sorrow, I have come to realize that she lived a truly vivid and fulfilling life, one that was her greatest legacy. She poured her heart into every moment, touching so many lives with her warmth, strength, and unwavering love. She deserves to be celebrated for a life well lived and richly spent, and I am organizing a special Celebration of Life event in her honor here in Los Angeles.

It would mean the world to me if you could join us for this heartfelt gathering on May 9th at 4:00 PM. Your presence would truly make my day, offering comfort and shared memories during this time of reflection and joy. I've attached a flyer with all the event details, including the venue and any additional information.

I look forward to the possibility of celebrating her beautiful legacy together.

Demise of a Godly Matriarch and Prophetess
My Sweet Mother, Mother Celestial Victoria Oluyemisi Komolafe
(June 30, 1951 – January 20, 2026)

Its so hard for me to write this, but whom am I to question God. Mom you are a true spiritual pillar my Deborah in authority and Sarah in nurturing, a prophetess whose divine insight guided every step of my journey. Mother, you interceded in ceaseless prayer, declaring God’s purposes over our lives, establishing righteous legacies that will bless generations to come. Your words carried weight and power; your unwavering faith protected your household and our community, gentle and always smiling.

Twenty-nine years ago, when Dad left us, you stood alone yet unshaken. You chose never to remarry, selling your precious belongings and inheritance so we could thrive. You poured out your little so that no one relative, neighbor, co-worker or stranger was ever left in need. You kindled Celestial Church of Christ across Osun State in Ada, Agba, Iragbiji, Ikirun, Osogbo and faithfully served CCC Osogbo Parish 1, CCC Archdiocesan headquarters at Yemetu, CCC Airport Parish Alakia, CCC Oke Ayo (Agip Iyaganku),CCC Apete Parish and beyond.

As a teacher and Assistant Headmistress at IMG Total Garden, Salvation Army Yemetu and retired at St. John’s in Ibadan, you shaped whole generations with wisdom and grace. Dear Mother, you believed in me when no one else and never gave up on me. Your faith became my anchor, your example my compass. I’m so glad we celebrated you last year just as you wished, surrounded by love and gratitude.

Mum, you fought a good fight. No more pain only heaven’s gain, one glorious angel more. I still struggle to believe you’re gone. Thank you for every sacrifice, every lesson, every fervent prayer. Your legacy lives on in each life you touched and in the love we carry forward.

Adieu, Mum, till we meet to part no more. 🕊🕊🕊
