Artisan Gut Healthy Sourdough!
In a world offering less and less food made the old-fashioned way, we are proud to present our artisan sourdough loaf.
Each loaf is naturally fermented over a three-day process and handcrafted with only four ingredients:
Italian 00 flour, filtered water, imported olive oil, and Sicilian sea salt.
Our natural leaven is simply fermented flour and water containing Lactobacillus, a beneficial bacteria associated with: -Supporting digestion
-Producing lactic acid that helps maintain a healthy microbial balance
-Supporting normal immune function Helping restore balance after antibiotic use
-Supporting urinary tract health -Reducing bloating and digestive discomfort for some individuals
-The extended fermentation process develops flavor, texture, and digestibility in a way that commercial breads simply cannot match.
Many with gluten sensitivities find this bread to be more tolerable than commercial breads.
Freezing this bread helps preserve its fresh-baked quality and may help reduce its glycemic impact after thawing.

We’ll have an addition to our Wednesday Specials tomorrow! Our Pork Loin Center Cut Roast available as a sandwich. Cooked with an apricot herb glaze and topped with romaine lettuce, tomato, and mayo on our Italian roll. Available in our 6” and 10” size.

Let us put together a cookie tray for you to bring to your Easter party! Of course we also have calzones and lasagna coming out of the oven right now. We open at 10!

Cinnamon Roll Focaccia 💐💕
Our sourdough focaccia had a makeover. Fluffy and soft, swirled with cinnamon sugar, a touch of orange zest, and classic cream cheese frosting. Perfect to bring to Easter or something to snack on. Make sure to grab some today or tomorrow!
