Have you ever eaten ice cream with french fries? Same same, but different…Chili Crunch with Fried Chicken Skins hits the same notes in a different way.
Another flavor we’re bringing back for the season is Pandan Kaya Jam Swirl. A good seasonal in case the first one doesn’t hit 😄

Shameless plug from our wedding 😁. After being a part of many weddings catering our gelato, we opted to forgo cake cutting and did gelato scooping instead🍨💍
It’s a never ending battle of who does a better scoop 🤪

🚨California Arbequina Olive Oil with Salted Caramel Swirl🚨
A delicate taste of olive oil gelato pairs very nicely with salted caramel. There are flavors that pair well in my head, but there’s no certainty that it will until its ex*****on 😄. Based on customers’ tasting reaction, this pairing is definitely a WIN 🙌
After doing much research on olive oils, I decided to try La Panza Olive Oil, based in Santa Margarita. Let’s say I finally have an ingredient that surpasses the cost of the amount of durian I use in a batch 😄😬😭

What people say
Jasmine Creamery, located on S. Mission Drive in San Gabriel, is an exceptional ice cream shop and gelato parlor that truly stands out from the rest. What sets Jasmine Creamery apart is their dedication to showcasing the best of Asian fruits and desserts through their unique gelato flavors.
One of the highlights at Jasmine Creamery is their freshly made Pandan Kaya Jam. This delectable treat is a preview of the upcoming Kaya Toast, which promises to be a mouthwatering delight. For those unfamiliar with Kaya Toast, it is traditionally enjoyed by dipping it in onsen egg seasoned with dark soy sauce and white pepper. If you're not familiar with this delightful combination, don't worry! Just reach out to your Singaporean, Malaysian, or Indonesian friends who will surely know what to do with it.
Even though the original plan for filling these jars was different, Jasmine Creamery has ingeniously used them for their Kaya Jam in the meantime. This shows their commitment to providing delicious treats while they continue to work on perfecting other offerings.
Jasmine Creamery also knows how to create exciting seasonal topping pairings. During the holiday season, they introduced a candy cane flavor that was expertly paired with their Indo-Chocolate Pudding with Rum Swirls. The combination of the crunch and minty-ness from the candy cane adds another dimension to an already delightful treat.
Overall, Jasmine Creamery is a must-visit destination for ice cream and gelato lovers in San Gabriel. Their dedication to highlighting Asian flavors and desserts sets them apart from other establishments. Whether you're craving traditional favorites or looking for innovative flavor combinations, Jasmine Creamery has something for everyone. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!
