During extreme heat and high guest traffic, our soft serve machines can occasionally overheat and temporarily shut down to protect their motors.
Days like No Weigh Wednesday—especially on warm evenings—can make this a bit more challenging, even with our team working nonstop behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
We are doing everything we can to keep all 14 flavors available for you, but there may be brief moments when a machine or two needs to rest and reset.
We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding as we work through these busy (and hot!) nights.

Dear Guests,

99.9% of our amazing guests don’t need this reminder — and we are so grateful for the kindness you show every day. But sometimes we know our guests are having their own kind of day, in their own world, and may just need this gentle nudge.

Most of our team members are high school students, and for most of them this is their very first job. They are learning, growing, and doing their best each and every shift.

The same is true at many businesses that employ young adults — as none of us stepped into our careers knowing 100% of everything. We learned because someone gave us patience and grace.

Please extend that same kindness. There is never a reason to raise your voice at a young employee.

We have all cocoa bomb orders up to last night filled and ready for pickup. If you have placed an order and haven't been called, we do have a few with wrong numbers, mailboxes full, or no number at all. Please call us at 951-679-7709 if you feel that may be you.
We will be making cocoa bombs through Valentine's Day. Orders through this coming Tuesday will be available for NYE.
