So we were planning to have our 10 year anniversary party 2 weeks ago but we cancelled it due to disagreement with landlord. So why not throw a 10 year close out party?Come by tomorrow as we would love to see all our customers, family, friends that have supported us through the years! **Closure Announcement**

Dear Valued Patrons,

We regret to inform you that our restaurant will be closing permanently, with our last day of service being July 31, 2024. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to reach a favorable agreement with our landlord.

We are profoundly grateful for the support and loyalty you have shown us over the past 10 years. Our dedicated employees have been the cornerstone of our success, and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work and commitment. Big shoutout and love to our employees that are sticking with us until our last day!

To our esteemed customers, friends, and family, your continued support has been invaluable, and we extend our deepest gratitude to you all. Thank you for connecting us with during the pandemic and helped our restaurant survive the challenges of the pandemic while uniting us with the community to assist those who were struggling during these difficult times.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we hold hope that we may serve you again in the future. Thank you for being part of our journey.

Directions to the burger restaurant: From Glendale Galleria, take South Central Avenue and drive for about 2 miles. The restaurant will be on your left. If travelling by public transport, take the Bus no. 92 from Glendale Galleria and get off at Central Ave/Milford St bus stop.

Directions to the Filipino restaurant: From Glendale Galleria, take West Colorado Street towards North Pacific Ave. Continue on West Colorado Street for about a mile, then turn right onto North Maryland Ave. The restaurant will be on your right. If travelling by public transport, take the Bus no. 92 from Glendale Galleria and get off at Colorado St/Maryland Ave bus stop.

Directions to the Mexican restaurant: From Glendale Galleria, take East Broadway towards South Verdugo Road. Turn left onto South Verdugo Road and continue for about half a mile. The restaurant will be on your left. If travelling by public transport, take the Bus no. 180/181/780 from Glendale Galleria and get off at Verdugo Rd/Broadway bus stop.

For driving/parking options, all three restaurants have their own parking facilities available for customers as well as street parking nearby depending on availability.
