What people say
Vegetarian and vegan restaurants have become increasingly popular in recent years, as more people are embracing a healthier lifestyle and seeking out plant-based options. The Butcher's Daughter in New York is one such restaurant that has gained a reputation for its delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
What sets The Butcher's Daughter apart is their unique approach to preparing fruits and vegetables. They treat produce like a butcher would meat, chopping, filleting, and carving it into healthy vegetarian dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious. Their juices are also a standout feature, with an array of pretty colors and flavors to choose from.
The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch in a light-filled space that can seat up to 35 people. During the warmer months, diners can enjoy an additional 30 seats outside on the sidewalk terrace. The menu changes daily but is always 100% vegetarian and non-dairy, with most items being vegan and gluten-free. They also offer substitutions for most dietary restrictions.
