Bison Burger is a burger stand located inside Ramirez Beverage Center in Boyle Heights, serving up mouth-watering burgers to customers since 2021. Along with their signature bison burgers, they also offer tacos and other menu items that are added frequently. They have expanded their serving locations to various events and breweries such as Paperback Brewing and Angel City Brewery. Their new hours of operation are Sunday & Monday 11am-4pm, Tuesday-Saturday 11am-8pm.

To get to the burger restaurant, take the Metro Red Line and get off at Hollywood/Highland station. From there, walk south on Highland Ave for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection of Highland Ave and Willoughby Ave. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side.
If driving, take the US-101 S and exit at Highland Ave. Turn left onto Franklin Ave and then left again onto Highland Ave. Continue for about half a mile until you reach Willoughby Ave. There is limited street parking available in the area or paid parking lots nearby.
