Today, Lettuce Toss It celebrates 13 YEARS in business, and we can’t help but get a little emotional thinking about what those 13 years have meant.
When we look back, we don’t just see a restaurant. We see 13 years of hard work, sacrifices, sleepless nights, tears, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Owning a small business is not for the faint of heart. There have been days when we’ve questioned everything, days when we’ve felt completely defeated, and days when we weren’t sure how we would make it through. But somehow, we kept showing up, kept pushing forward, and kept believing in what we built.
And here we are. 13 years later. Still standing. Still fighting. Still tossing. ❤️
What started as a business has become so much more than that. It’s become a place where friendships are made, families gather, employees become family, and familiar faces remind us why all the hard days are worth it.
To our employees, past and present, thank you for being part of this journey. You’ve helped shape Lettuce Toss It into what it is today, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
To our customers who have supported us year after year, you will never truly know how much you mean to us. Every order, every kind word, every recommendation, every time you chose our little restaurant over somewhere else, you helped keep this dream alive.
You’ve watched us grow, you’ve stood by us through challenges, and you’ve given us something that money simply cannot buy: a place in this community.
There is something incredibly humbling about knowing that people have made our small business part of their lives.
13 years ago, we never could have imagined all the challenges this journey would bring, but we also never could have imagined how many wonderful people it would bring into our lives.
We’re proud of what we’ve built. We’re grateful for how far we’ve come. And even on the hardest days, we wouldn’t trade the relationships and memories we’ve made along the way.
So today, we’re not just celebrating 13 years of Lettuce Toss It. We’re celebrating every person who helped us get here.
