We braise the pork belly banh mi for 5 hours and put it on a toasted baguette with in-house pickled daikon, pickled carrots, pickled onions, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, and spicy mayo! The Vegetarian Banh Mi replaces the pork belly with zucchini and yellow squash, button mushrooms, and red bell peppers.
