In the era of closed restaurants, Hein Catering continues to cook for our customers both traditional and exclusive dishes, such as smoked trout, stuffed quail, baked sturgeon or whole lamb.

A real Uzbek pilaf stays our signature as well as kebabs made with lamb, beef, chicken, salmon, sturgeon, shrimp, lobster, beef liver, quail, scallop and much more. And of course, we do a huge variety of salads, pies, pasties, pancakes, smoked meat fish, and poultry.

We also cook many kinds of soup - from a regular (but highly professional!) borscht to exquisite bouillabaisse. Those of you who goes to the "Archimedes" banya in San Francisco can confirm the quality of our kharcho, hodgepodge, goulash, pies and smoked fish.
