To get to the Vietnamese restaurant on W Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena using public transport, you can take the Metro bus line to the stop near W Rosecrans Ave & S Vermont Ave, and then walk a few blocks eastward along W Rosecrans Avenue until you reach your destination.
If you prefer driving, you can take the I-110 freeway and exit at Rosecrans Avenue. Head west on Rosecrans for about 2 miles until you see the restaurant on your right-hand side. There is ample street parking available nearby.
