Zingo successfully operated 1 of 4 weeks without Adan & Rafaela. That has always been the goal, to have the business run without depending on them. The goal is to create a flow that continues even when they are back. We made a little progress this week, and each week we’ll make a little more progress.

Customers were happy, we got a new cashier, handled a large burrito order, implemented new systems to keep the quality of the meat consistent, and ran the business as usual.
