Sometimes in life, you think you have a plan only to have it go completely off the tracks. 🤦🏻♀️
For the past few months, I had every intention of getting back into my baking and crafting treats like my marshmallows and chocolates. 🍫🍪
And then in the middle of August, I was given a diagnosis I had never expected - breast cancer. 😳🎀💔
It’s not an easy journey to wellness and healing, but I’m determined to keep pushing through it and am planning on returning to the kitchen. I find comfort and feel joy in the process. While I don’t plan on returning to weeekend markets, I will be reopening my micro bakery from home. 💕🍪🍫

Gosh, it’s been awhile since I last crafted a batch of mallows! I’ve missed it! I’m sure to have some very happy soccer club kids tomorrow when they receive this little treat! ❤️👧🏻🎉

Getting back to my roots. At the end of last year, I made the decision to step away from doing farmers markets and to focus on redesigning my business. **Travel Directions to the Location in Glendale**
**By Public Transport:**
1. If you're coming from downtown Los Angeles, take the Metro Red Line towards North Hollywood.
2. Transfer at Union Station to the Metro Gold Line towards Azusa.
3. Get off at the Glendale station.
4. From there, you can catch a local bus (Line 92 or 93) that will take you closer to your destination, or it's about a 15-minute walk.
**By Car:**
1. Start on I-5 N and merge onto CA-134 E toward Pasadena.
2. Take exit 3 for Brand Blvd and turn left onto Brand Blvd.
3. Continue straight for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Colorado Blvd.
4. Your destination will be on your left.
**Parking:**
- There is street parking available along Colorado Blvd and nearby side streets.
- Additionally, there are several public parking lots within walking distance if street parking is full. Look for signs indicating public parking areas.
