Pho restaurants are known for their delicious and comforting bowls of noodle soup, filled with aromatic herbs and spices. And if you're looking for the best Vietnamese restaurant in Ventura County, look no further than Bamboo Cafe on Cochran Street in Simi Valley.

This cozy pho restaurant has been voted the best in the area, and it's easy to see why. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The menu is packed with authentic Vietnamese dishes, from crispy spring rolls to savory banh mi sandwiches.

But the real star of the show at Bamboo Cafe is their pho. Whether you prefer beef or chicken, their bowls of steaming hot broth are filled with tender meat, rice noodles, and a variety of fresh herbs and vegetables. It's the perfect comfort food on a chilly day or when you need a pick-me-up.

And even though Bamboo Cafe is currently closed for renovation, they have another location in Northridge or Woodland Hills that you can visit to get your pho fix. So if you're craving some delicious Vietnamese cuisine, be sure to check out Bamboo Cafe - it's worth the trip!
