Q1: Is your location within the affected evacuation/hazard zone?
A1: 【No, we are outside the zone.】❌
Based on the latest official maps and real-time updates from local authorities (such as Watch Duty), our location at 12361 West Chapman Avenue is situated safely outside and to the east of the designated affected area.
Q2: Is the indoor environment currently safe for staff and guests?
A2: 【Yes, everything is fully operational and safe.】✅
We have closely conducted internal checks on our facilities. Our indoor environment and air quality indicators remain completely normal, and our ventilation systems are functioning properly. Daily operations and services are continuing as scheduled.
Q3: What will you do if the situation changes or air quality shifts?
