We are deeply saddened at the passing of one of the finest performers that graced our stage every open mic at Comfort and Joy. Craig, your big smile and happy energy delighted us all. You will never leave our hearts and minds. RIP and much love to Debbie and family.

Saw an old and faithful customer tonight. "Are you considering reopening?" He asked. "Not anytime soon, " I replied. He was so disappointed. It was so great to see him. Such a cool person. Loyal customer. Relied on us because he is GF and we bought all of our ingredients locally and made our food from scratch. C&J served a small but mighty group of dear friends - some who had special dietary needs - and we could do that because we hand picked every ingredient. Tough business to monetize but we loved it - and we were head over heels in love with all of YOU! 😙😘😚❤💙💚💛💜

Darling Dears, I am sitting here, thinking about you. Thinking about food. Thinking about our Foothills. Do you ever miss food? I fell in love with a sandwich at Central Grocery in New Orleans called the "Muffaletta." SO GOOD. I dream of this sandwich. Yes. I'm weird. Let's move along. So, I popped on over to Corsica's one day to find they MAKE this delicious sandwich - and it's totally authentic! What??? Go by and grab your own piece of the "Big Easy!" Ask for a Muffaletta, throw on some soulful tunes and take a mini "vacay" on your lunch hour or after work. Check out Corsica's many handmade delicious Italian menu items - and "like" their page! Mary and her team are great peeps so please join us in supporting this local delight, right here in town! Oh, and try a cannoli.
