Ikonicks Peruvian cuisine has a top chef in its kitchen running our day to day operations.
Guillermo Hung culinary career began early on, inspired by love for Peruvian food. After graduating from the Le Cordon bleu at age 23 in Venezuela, Chef Hung’s opportunities to further develop his own creativity.
Chef Hung’s culinary repertoire flourished during many internship in Peru by Many well known chef’s, where he developed and refined his culinary techniques. He proceeded to open his own 3 Restaurants in Venezuela All won 5 stars. After spending 10 years with the his own restaurants, He decide to leave Venezuela for a better life here in the United States. He went on taking Executive Chef positions in restaurants in California, working to once again take charge of his own restaurant here, Now Chef Hung has taken the rains of Ikonicks and transformed it to an Peruvian cuisine restaurant. He has expanded the menu to Peru is the limit, we serve anything and everything you could have in Peru here at Ikonicks.
We have all Famous Peruvian dishes like, Lomo Saltado, Arroz Chaufa, Leche De Tigre, Many different ceviches, pescado a lo macho, cause mixta, & Much more.
We have an extended dessert menu with more then 10 custom desserts created with all fresh fruits plated in the same fruit they were created from. Including the lucuma ice cream.
full bar with many of our own Peruvian inspired cocktails made by our mixologists. We make Pisco sour made from scratch.
16 beers on tap for only $3 on our happy hour.
We are a modern Peruvian restaurant with 16 big screen tv’s, & extended outdoor heated patio.

Directions to S Myrtle Avenue in Monrovia can be accessed by both public transport and driving.

Public transport options:
1. Take the Metro Gold Line towards Sierra Madre Villa Station and get off at the Monrovia Station. From there, take Bus 264 towards Azusa and get off at S Myrtle Ave. Walk approximately 5 minutes towards your destination.

2. Alternatively, take Bus 487 towards Downtown LA and get off at Huntington Dr E & S Myrtle Ave. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes to reach your destination.

Driving/Parking:
1. If driving from downtown Monrovia, head south on S Myrtle Avenue for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the destination.

2. There is street parking available near S Myrtle Avenue, but it may be limited during peak hours. There are also paid parking lots available nearby for convenience.
