After 50 years in the restaurant business, Danny and I have made the difficult and bittersweet decision to retire and close Tony P’s Dockside Grill at the end of June. It has been a great run, full of special moments and even more special people. We are proud of what we have accomplished in Marina del Rey since 1997, and we will always be thankful for the incredible community that has supported us every step along the way. From that very first day we opened the doors on Super Bowl Sunday, we have felt the warmth and support from you – even during the last few years when business has been difficult. You stood by us through Covid. You cheered us on at the Fourth of July Parade. And you packed the Tavern for every major sporting event. We hope you will stop by and share our last hurrah with us. Our customers and our employees have been like family to us, and I hope these final weeks are a celebration of all we have been through together. So stop by, share your memories and raise a toast to the end of an era. We are looking forward to spending time with our families and wish you all the best!
