Some flavors just take you back. ๐ฏ๐ตโจ
Our Yakiniku Beef BBQ Beef reminds us of the comforting meals we grew up eating in Japan โ savory, a little sweet, and best enjoyed over a warm bowl of rice.
A little taste of childhood, right here at Eboshi. ๐๐ฅฉ

Comfort food, but make it Eboshi. ๐ณโจ
Our Omu Rice starts with savory ketchup rice made with Eboshi chashu pork, onions, and green bell peppers, wrapped in a fluffy omelet and finished with a rich tomato demi-glace sauce.
Simple, nostalgic, and the kind of meal that always hits. ๐คค
Whoโs ordering this on their next visit? ๐๐

Some combos just make too much sense. ๐ฎโ๐จ๐๐ถ๏ธ
Our Mapo Curry is the best of both worlds: rich, comforting Japanese curry meets bold, savory mapo tofu. One bite and youโll be wondering why this isnโt on every menu.
Warning: you will be thinking about your next visit before youโre even done eating. ๐คญ

What people say
Ramen restaurants have become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. The warm, comforting bowls of noodles and broth are the perfect comfort food for any occasion. And if you're looking for an authentic Japanese-Chinese style ramen experience, look no further than Eboshi Ramen Bar on Lomita Boulevard.
This restaurant has been serving up delicious ramen since 1994, and they know what they're doing. Their menu is full of mouth-watering options like Niku Miso Ramen and Vegan Ramen with gluten-free spinach noodles. But it's not just the ramen that makes this place special - they also offer tasty dishes like Eboshi Subuta (sweet and sour fried pork) and Kimchi Chicken Tacos.
If you're looking for a fun night out, Eboshi Ramen Bar has got you covered there too. They frequently host events with special cocktails and menu items, like their recent Iichiko sponsor special drinks night. And if you're lucky enough to attend one of their private events in the Belly Room, you'll get to try even more unique dishes like Eboshi Curry Fried Rice.
Overall, Eboshi Ramen Bar is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves a good bowl of ramen or wants to try something new and exciting. With their extensive menu and fun events, there's always something new to discover at this Lomita Boulevard gem.
