To get to S Azusa Avenue in City of Industry via public transport, you can take the Metro Gold Line to the Azusa Downtown Station and then catch the Foothill Transit bus 494 towards Puente Hills Mall. Exit at S Azusa Ave and Valley Blvd and walk southwards for 5-10 minutes.
If driving, take I-605 and exit on Valley Boulevard. Turn right onto S Azusa Ave and it will be on your right-hand side. There is a parking lot in front of the store for customers to park their vehicles.
