By public transport: you can take the Metro Blue Line and get off at the Anaheim Street station. From there, you can walk south towards East Pacific Coast Highway until you see the restaurant.
By driving/parking: if you are driving, take East Pacific Coast Highway until you reach the intersection with Atlantic Avenue. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available at the restaurant's lot or along East Pacific Coast Highway.
