Help us support Gus.

Gus has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and has the opportunity for life-changing treatments. We’re hosting a raffle at Strickland’s of Fairlawn to help raise money toward his medical expenses.

There are some great prizes, including:
• A Strickland’s basket with gift card, apparel, toppings, cones, and a birthday party for up to 15 kids
• A grill basket with Cuisinart items, grill tools, spices, and more
• A picnic basket with gift cards, picnic items, snacks, wine, and more
• Fairlawn/Akron favorites with gift cards and donations from local businesses including DeCheco’s Pizza, Arnones, and Farmers Rail

Raffle tickets are:
1 for $5
5 for $20

The raffle runs through May 11, 2026. Every ticket helps support Gus and his family. If you’d like to participate, stop in, scan the flyer, or reach out for more information. Thank you for helping us make a difference.

We are currently experiencing a power outage and will have a delayed opening today, as electricity is required to operate our ice cream equipment.

WOW… you all showed UP yesterday! 🤯🍦from open to close we had lines to the street.

Thank you for helping us kick off our 90th season in the sweetest way possible. We sold just under 4,000 of our $0.90 cones, we are absolutely blown away by the support from this amazing community! ❤️
