Adriana's Cocina is a gourmet Mexican restaurant located on Temecula Parkway. They offer customized dining, appetizer stations, a salsa bar, and beverage stations. The restaurant is family-owned, and Alex provides exceptional customer service with his charismatic personality. The Gem, Romaine, Mixed Greens salad with house-made buttermilk dill dressing is one of the best salads on the menu. We are proudly known as a premier wedding caterer, serving not only Temecula Valley, but San Diego, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles. We’ve even had the opportunity to collaborate in Mexico with some incredibly talented chefs and cooks—experiences that continue to inspire the way I create.

But as much as I love weddings, there is something special about smaller, intimate dinners. They give me the freedom to create that perfect balance of incredible flavors while bringing different cultures, traditions, and techniques together on one plate.

Anyone who cooks for a living understands the pride that comes with what we create and where we come from. Our food tells a story.

Honoring my grandmother’s roots in Jalisco doesn’t mean I can’t bring my own technique, creativity, and style to the dishes I make. In fact, I believe that’s exactly how traditions continue, by respecting where they came from while allowing them to evolve through the next generation.

August 22 marks the day we lost my Abuela Marina, the glue of our family and one of the most important people in my life. 🤍

This dish makes me think of her because of her love for mushrooms and chicken. I created it in my own style, while keeping that memory of her at the heart of it.

Served with cilantro rice and fresh green beans.

The technique may be mine, but the inspiration will always be hers. 🤍 Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you !!

🎄 We’re ready for your Latin Feast this holiday season! 🎄

Everything we make is from scratch, so we can tell you exactly what’s in every dish we serve.

Not quite in the budget to have us full-service your holiday party? No problem—we’re bringing our most requested holiday favorites to your table with convenient delivery.

We’ll only be taking orders for 2 days, and once we’re sold out, that’s it!

I’m especially excited to share is our Cochinita Pibil. This was one of the biggest sellers at our restaurant and always sold out. It took years of trial and error, learning traditional techniques, and perfecting the process. Hours of marinating, slow cooking, and patience go into every batch. It’s not an easy dish to make—but when you taste it, you’ll understand why it’s worth every minute.

Yucatán-Style Cochinita Pibil – Tender, slow-roasted pork shoulder infused with achiote, sour orange, garlic, oregano, and warm spices. Wrapped traditionally in banana leaves and cooked low and slow until incredibly juicy, then finished with pickled red onions, salsa , warm tortillas , cilantro rice, calabasitas.

After months of dreaming, planning, and bringing ideas to life, we realized it was time to introduce our new bar setup. 🍸✨

A huge thank you to Custom Wood Work - Backdrops and Party Props for taking our vision and creating something even better than we imagined. We came across one of his posts showcasing his incredible craftsmanship, shared a few ideas, and he brought our custom bar to life beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Whether it’s handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, coffee service, or a full bar experience, we’re excited to offer our couples and clients a beautiful centerpiece that complements every celebration.

The love and support we’ve received continues to amaze us. Because of your referrals, kind words, repeat clients, and the trust of families traveling from out of state, we’re already booking weddings and events into October 2027—with only a handful of dates remaining.

Since 2012, our family has poured our hearts into Adriana’s Cocina. We’ve sacrificed sleep, weekends, holidays, and time, but we’ve also built something we’re incredibly proud of.

Growth isn’t just about adding services—it’s about building a team you trust.

We officially launched our bar services, along with our dessert bar, salsa bar, and tapas stations and have only offered these services exclusively to our brides and families that requested these services for a reason.

I’m incredibly proud to pass more responsibility to my daughter, Chantelle, who has been running this business with me since day one. She managed the front of the house in our restaurant, has led our bar service, and has an incredible ability to connect with guests while keeping everything running smoothly.

My son Alex has always had a gift for hospitality. His personality, professionalism, and genuine care for people make every guest feel welcomed. He will continue supporting our banquet operations, assisting with bar service, and helping create an exceptional guest experience.

As for me… you’ll still find me where I love to be—in the kitchen. But after cooking for weddings and events of up to 250-300 guests, sometimes on back-to-back weekends, I often arrive at the venue already physically exhausted.

Having a team I trust allows me to focus on what I do best while ensuring every event is executed with the same level of care our clients have always expected.

Many people only see the food on event day. What they don’t see are the months of planning behind it—the unlimited phone calls, emails, meetings, timeline revisions, menu changes, ordering, staffing, design details, logistics, and countless hours of preparation. That’s all part of what we do because we genuinely care about every event.

This next chapter isn’t about me stepping away.

It’s about building leaders, strengthening our team, and creating an even better experience for every client who trusts us with life’s biggest celebrations.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in our family and allowing us to be part of yours.

Turning 50 teaches you to finally accept yourself exactly as you are. Small things like quiet moments , a cup of hot coffee , a walk on the beach, travel, laughter , your life is finally at peace took awhile to get here 😁

I have one of the toughest responsibilities on the planet, but when you stop and see how far you’ve grown, all the long days, sacrifices, and hard moments become worth it.

For the new followers who may not know me personally, my goal has never been to be “the best.” My goal has always been to provide exactly what was promised delicious food made with love, purpose, and intention and to strive for excellence in communication, collaboration, service.

Weddings are truly my passion. Are they easy? Absolutely not. But being part of such important moments in people’s lives is incredibly rewarding. We are there to bring our clients’ vision to life, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I started in 2012 cooking for local school sports teams and never imagined it would become my career. Looking back now, I truly believe this is my purpose in life.

What people don’t see is the weeks of preparation behind every event — scheduling, ordering, prepping, cooking, cleaning, organizing, and leading a team. It’s so much more than one day.

I promise you, great vendors book fast. I’m always excited to work with vendors I personally know because peace of mind is everything when walking into a wedding knowing the day is going to be seamless. ❤️

There’s always that one question …what makes you different?

The truth is, every chef, every caterer, every cook is different. And we take pride in that.

Our style, our fusion of flavors, our techniques, and the way we craft and customize each menu—that’s what sets us apart.

Anyone in this industry knows it’s easy to stick to a basic menu. The kind you can cook with your eyes closed because you’ve made it so many times. That’s comfortable. That’s predictable.

But what we do goes beyond that.

When you start combining cultures, flavors, and influences, while also creating options for carnivores, picky eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and guests with allergies—it becomes something entirely different. It’s not easy. It takes intention.

We don’t know every single person who will attend your event, and it’s impossible to please everyone perfectly. But what we can do is create food that reflects you—your taste, your vision, your experience.

That’s why we always say: choose what you love.

Because at the end of the day, we stay true to what we believe in—fresh, from scratch , made-to-order food. And once you experience that, it’s hard to go back.

Pollo Marina !!

This is such an amazing dish, and we love when couples select it for their tasting experience.

Abuela would be proud—this chicken is smothered in a creamy chipotle sauce with mushrooms, onions, and garlic. There’s no way this won’t be a guest favorite.

Finished with all of our wedding tastings and now officially booking into 2027! ✨

This Mediterranean tasting also included a few Latin dishes to complement both fusions, creating such a beautiful and flavorful combination.
