Tomorrow we're celebrating 70 years of making donuts at Primo's!
We've been making delicious donuts for all our wonderful customers since 1956, and we are so grateful for the generations of LA families that have supported us through the decades!
To show our deep appreciation, we'll be offering a tasty Buttermilk Bite to every customer that comes in the shop from 10am to 12pm! These are our famous glazed Buttermilk donuts, in a sweet, bite-sized snack!
So stop by tomorrow morning for some hot and fresh donuts and celebrate with us as we thank our amazing community for 70 years of business! (The wonderful Mrs. Primo may even pop in!) We can't wait to see you there!

Exciting news!!! This Tuesday we'll be joining Fox 11 Good Day Cafe live to talk about our upcoming 70th anniversary!
Owner Ralph Primo will be live in studio sharing some of our favorite donuts, including our famous Buttermilk donuts, and even a sneak peak of our upcoming Fall season menu items!
We'll also be sharing some of our favorite stories of the founding of our family shop and what it means for us to be celebrating 70 years in business!

As some of you may know, this year we at Primo's are privileged to celebrate 70 years of business here in Los Angeles!
One morning in 1956, Ralph and Celia Primo made the fateful decision to stop at a small donut shop to buy a treat for their son. What should have been a simple purchase became the beginning of a small business that would span decades, supporting a young family and feeding an entire community.
We are honored to carry on the love and dedication to our customers and our craft that Mr. and Mrs. Primo began all those years ago. And we're ready to celebrate our big anniversary!
Join us Saturday morning, August 22, as we will be offering our famous buttermilk bites to all our customers in honor of our momentous occasion!
We'll be sharing more history and updates in the coming days, so stay tuned for more news on our 70 year celebration! We cant wait to see you!

Primo's Donuts will be open regular business hours starting Saturday!
As many may have noticed, we have been closed the last few days. Sadly, much needed repairs to our aging facilities were required!
But thanks to diligent work from our local technicians, we resolved these urgent issues and now happily resume our normal business hours!
We appreciate all of our customers' patience, and deeply apologize for any inconvenience due to our sudden closure.
But we thank everyone, as always, for their love and support of our small family shop. And we look forward to once again making the hottest and freshest donuts for LA this weekend ❤️

From all of us at Primo's, we want to wish everyone a happy July 4th weekend, as we celebrate our country's 250th anniversary!
While our little shop is not QUITE as old as 250 (we're happily enjoying our 70th anniversary this year), we are proud to once again offer our traditional Red, White, and Blue donuts in honor of this momentous year!
These classic donuts are sweet, with the colorful flair of the stars and stripes, and sprinkles to boot! We'll be serving them all holiday weekend, along with our regular menu items, as the perfect sweet treats for BBQs and other fun gatherings!

Today we show our appreciation to all the dads, step-dads, grandpas, great grandpas, and father figures who have touched our lives!
And of course, for us we remember our founder, Mr. Ralph Primo. From opening a donut shop on whim to support his family, to the many acts of service he provided for his community, Mr. Primo's tireless dedication to his donut craft, his city and his wife, children and grandchildren, continue to inspire us.
So join us in thanking all the wonderful fathers who have shaped our lives, as we thank the one who helped make our donuts and our family shop the place it is today!

Father's Day is almost here, and at Primo's, we're feeling truly appreciative of all the father figures in our lives!
From our own Mr. Primo, whose hard work made our donuts (like our classic buttermilk) the LA classics they are today, to the generations of fathers, grandfathers and even great-grandfathers, who have shared precious moments with their families at our humble shop, we are so grateful for their strength, courage and love.

To get to the doughnut shop at Sawtelle Boulevard in Los Angeles, there are multiple options available for both public transport and driving/parking.
For those taking public transportation, you can take the Metro Expo Line to Westwood/Rancho Park station; from there, you can transfer onto a Santa Monica Big Blue Bus (Route 7) that will take you to the corner of Sawtelle Boulevard and Mississippi Avenue. Alternatively, you can take the Culver City Bus (Route 1) to Sepulveda Boulevard and Mississippi Avenue, which is just a short walk from Sawtelle Boulevard.
If you are driving, there is street parking available along Sawtelle Boulevard and neighboring side streets. However, parking during peak hours may be limited. There are also several paid parking lots nearby that offer hourly rates.
Once at Sawtelle Boulevard, the doughnut shop will be located somewhere along the street. Look out for signs or ask locals for directions if needed.
