Our Country Chicken Fried Chicken will be $6 off💰It will be $14.50 for the breakfast meal through April. The chicken is more juicy then our steak (in my opinion) 🤷🏻♂️

Hi from Cafe 126 :) Every so often we share a scratch recipe like the Chili Verde we shared. Here is our homemade (Cafe made🤷) recipe process for our delicious Chili Colorado 🤤 We cut our beef fresh and slow cook it tender. Next we cook our sauce with 3 different dry chilis, onions, secret spices and blend it 👨🍳. We have a Chili Colorado Omelette, Chili Colorado El Centro (Huevos) and our huge 😮 Chili Colorado Breakfast Burrito 🎉👏😋 👌 A big “Thank You” for all your support of our little "hole in the wall" 🙏😊 Order Up!

Hi Cafe 126 fans! Happy Easter!! We will be open this Easter Sunday or I should say a “hole in the wall” Easter😊. Breakfast is always our most popular items but we have some yummy dinner type meals 🤩 Easter is as good as any day for food that puts you in a “food coma” 😴 These are from our Moms Kitchen Favorites menu. Howdy! It’s your favorite little “hole in the wall “ Cafe 126 😋 Two things that make life great….🤔…People and Food ❤️🎉 We have been blessed for 29 years to have both 🥰 Times are tough for all of us right now but when you have wonderful people around it makes it better 🥹 (yeah, tell me that when I’m at the gas station 🤦🏻♂️) Our number 1 takeout and delivery item is our Breakfast Burritos! 🌯 They hold up well over time and they are big. Starting this Friday, 3/20, and to help with the high costs of EVERYTHING, we will sell each of our Breakfast Burritos for $10 for takeout and dine in. It will be $12 for delivery through DoorDash and Uber Eats. We are thankful you support us even in tough economic times 🙏🏻

On Saturday, 12/13 from 10am to 12:00pm we will have Santa at our Cafe 126 for any kids both young and old 😁 You can take a picture, get some candy and let Santa know what you want for Christmas 🎅 Of course, you can also eat some great food if you would like 😋 Also our train with its Christmas Cars!! During this time, any child 10 years and under will eat for free with a paid adult entree!! One child free per adult paid entree. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄

A “hole in the wall” hello from Cafe 126! Time to show our Biscuits and Country Gravy steps 😋 🎉 The gravy uses lots of bacon 🥓 and sausage (no diets here) along with some oil, bacon base, flour, spice and “Whole” Milk 🥛 We mix our dough before rolling it out to form our biscuits. Our Country Fried Meals, Country Breakfast, Beth’s Skillet and of course Biscuits are all our customer’s favorites!!
