HAPPY 44th ANNIVERSARY! 💐
Kathleen’s Restaurant opened on January 7, 1982, and remarkably is still under the ownership of Kathleen and Efren (we were very young in 1982!!)
We have weathered many ups and downs throughout the years, somehow finding a path to keep our doors open. On the heels of the pandemic came the devastating Eaton Fire, coincidentally on the exact date of our anniversary. Through it all, we strive to be a hub of support, familiarity and good food for our beloved Altadena-Pasadena community.
We are so blessed and grateful for the loyalty and friendship of our wonderful customers and the unconditional support of family.

To get to the American restaurant and New American restaurant on N Lake Avenue in Pasadena, you can take public transportation by taking the Gold Line Metro train and getting off at the Lake Station. From there, you can walk north along N Lake Avenue for about 10 minutes to reach the restaurant.
If you prefer driving, you can take the 210 Freeway and exit on Lake Avenue. Turn southbound onto Lake Avenue and drive for about 5 minutes until you reach the restaurant. Parking options include street parking or using nearby parking lots.
