Introducing (for a limited time) The Korean BBQ Burger, freshly ground USDA Choice Beef Short Rib mixed with Ponzu, fresh garlic & ginger, scallions and sweet onions topped with a house made Korean BBQ Sauce served on a bed of Chef Cameron’s own Kimchi slaw. This killer burger is PERFECTLY paired with Nineteen 91 Belgian Style Quadrupel. NEW BEER ALERT!!! We stayed local for our California Tour this time, and thank goodness we did because Brittany KILLED it with her latest beer, Nineteen 91 Belgian Style Quadrupel! This awesome beer is amber colored and showcases malt-forward, dark fruit flavors with a slight phenolic spice from the Belgian yeast strain. Nineteen 91 is a more authentic version of a Trappist Quadrupel, finishing slightly dry due to higher attenuation making it dangerously EASY to drink on a hot summer day. Did I mention it’s 10.8%, and it’s sooooo smooth, could get you in trouble! This incredible beer is going to be paired with one of Chef Cameron’s featured burgers coming soon. But in the meantime, get over to AATB for some Good Times chugging one or two of these Nineteen 91’s!!
