We had an amazing time at the conference last week ⚡️
After speaking to so many incredible HR leaders, one thing is very clear: Corporate offices are looking for convenient and actually useful workplace benefits and solutions for their employees.
Here are a few insights we gathered from the conversations we had on the floor ⬇️
Employee experience is top of mind: HR teams are shifting focus from “nice-to-have” perks to daily, impactful solutions.
Food is a real motivating factor: Employees have a significant appreciation for workplaces that offer food-related benefits.
Convenience is the ultimate currency: Catering is often cold or rigid, individual delivery apps create unnecessary chaos, and one person ordering for everyone is unnecessarily stressful. Teams want great food without the friction.
