I can't believe this post is the final goodbye.
Over the past few weeks, weβve been overwhelmed in the best way possible. Seeing so many familiar faces, sharing laughs, and serving you one last time has meant more than words can express. What started as a small restaurant became a place of connection, community, and shared memories. That is because of you, our amazing customers.β₯οΈ
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.π Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and for allowing us to be a part of your lives for nearly four decades. Your support, both in person and through the countless social media messages, has truly been a blessing.
As we close this chapter, I carry with me a verse that has guided me throughout this journey:Β βWhatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.β β Colossians 3:23
It has been my honor to serve this community with that spirit every single day.
Though the doors are now closed, the memories will always remain. I leave with a full heart, deep gratitude, and immense peace. I will try to hop on here from time to time and say hello.
Thank you for everything.

What an amazing 2 weeks it has been. Our hearts are so full of love and gratitude for all the hugs, smiles and well wishes. We're still trying to process this all but just know that we're in awe of the love you have shown us. I can't believe our final day has arrived. It's very bittersweet. We hope to see you one last time before we close for good. We'll be here from open to close to say goodbye one last time. We hope to see you here.

UPDATE: Our final day of service will be Saturday 4/18.
Our family has been overwhelmed by all the kind words that have been shared both in person and on our last post. It's hard to put into words how much to your support has meant to us. It has been an emotional process to say the least and our hearts are full with gratitude for each and every one of you.
We hope you'll stop by before the 18th so we can see you one last time. Thank you again for an amazing 37 years.

After 37 incredible years of serving our community, we have made the heartfelt decision to close our doors at the end of this month. Since 1989, our little teriyaki bowl and burger spot has been so much more than a restaurant. Itβs been a place where stories were shared, friendships formed, families grew, and laughter filled the air.
Through every up and down, your support and kindness have meant the world to us. We poured our hearts into every meal, and weβre deeply proud to have been part of the Yorba Linda and Placentia communities for so long. Words can't begin to describe the amount of joy and gratitude that fills our hearts because of all our customers.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for 37 years of love, loyalty, and memories. We hope youβll stop by this month to enjoy a final meal or two together so that we can say thank you in person and share one last memory together. β€οΈ
While we do not have a final closing date set yet, it will most likely be on or around 4/21. We will keep you posted once we have the official date set.

Notice a change to our salmon dishes? We made the switch to Scottish Salmon a few weeks ago and the consensus is πππ.
The buttery, tender salmon developed it's amazing flavor from the uniquely frigid waters and strong currents off the coast of Scotland. We hand cut each portion in house for our bowls, plates and salads.
