Sorry to all of our customers for us to reopen, we cannot negotiate a new term with the landlord, so this location at Monterey Park will be permanently closed.
It is a big hit to our family, we will be doing our best to recover and try to find another location for a possible reopen.
If we make it happen, we will announce our reopening here on this page, thank you for your support over the years, and we hope to see you soon!

Noodle Harmony will be taking a hiatus.
We opened in 2018, with the love and support from you, from our local community, we make it through the tough years of COVID-19. We are delightful that we can create foods our community enjoyed, and we are very graceful how our community showed us support and appreciation.
Right now, we are not able to come to an agreement with the property owner to extend our lease. Also, due to the labor shortage after COVID, our family is also exhausted from working long hours, so we decided to close this location and take a break before we will reopen here or at another location.
The last day of service before our hiatus will be June 30.

Signature Beef Noodle Soup is BACK!!
Sorry for the very long wait, we finally restocked the key ingredients and spices we need to make our Signature Beef Noodle Soup, and it’s available right now!
We used the exact same ingredients and spices, making it exact the same way as before, rest assured it is the same Signature Beef Noodle you and us loved.
Sorry for the long wait and thank you very much for those of you keep coming back and ask for it. During the couple month we have no access to the ingredients and spices we needed, we tried a lot of different ingredients to recreate the same flavor, those attempts resulted soups from similar to pretty close to the flavor to our original, but we were not completely satisfied about the taste and quality of those versions, and we decided not to offer those to you. We think its better to tell you we don’t have it yet than just give you something similar and tell you that it is the soup you wanted, and that resulted an extremely long downtime of our Signature, we are very sorry for that.
We are also took the lesson and fully stocked up on the ingredients enough to last us for months and months, and be sure to restock in advance.
And to our friends waited all this time: thank you very much, the wait is over, welcome back!

We will be closed from Wed 4/05 to Tues 4/11 due to the need to perform maintenance and upgrade our facility and equipment.
Also, we are trying our hardest to source and resupply the ingredients of our Signature Beef Noodle. We are expecting them to arrive as we reopen on Wednesday 4/12. Please stay tuned as we are going to announce here once it’s available again.

Happy Chinese New Year! We wish you wellness and fortune in the Year of Rabbit!
We will be closed from Sat 1/21 to Tue 1/24 during Chinese New Year, to let our staff take a break and spend time with their families, it’s the time of year in Chinese tradition for family reunion. We also wish you could be less busy and have some wonderful time with your loved ones, not only during the New Year, any time in a year is a good time to do this☺️.

Our new side dish the Coral Fish is about to go online! (And in store of course) It is a classic dish but we made little adjustments, our version of Coral Fish doesn’t have the crazy fancy presentation as the traditional version, but taste just as good! And ours is much more affordable too😉
But just before it go online, we want to hear some suggestions from you!
We will be offering free Coral Fish samples to our dine in customers, please let us know how you think about it so we can make some final improvements before it goes on our menu.
*Because Coral Fish not ready to sell yet, our supply might be limited, we will make batches of new Coral Fish in small quantity throughout the day, and offer to our dine in customers. If you want to try, please let our staff know as you place your order, so our kitchen will have time to prepare and make it ready during your visit, thank you!
