To get to Apollo Way in Downey, you can take the Metro Blue Line to the Lakewood Boulevard Station and then transfer to the LA Metro Bus 111 towards Norwalk. Get off at the intersection of Apollo Way and Bellflower Boulevard, and the destination will be on your left-hand side.
If you prefer driving, take the I-605 South and exit onto Firestone Boulevard. Then turn right onto Bellflower Boulevard and take another right onto Apollo Way. There is ample parking available in front of the destination.
