On Thursday, June 18, Chef Michael Cimarusti and Executive Chef Sam Baxter will host a one-night-only farewell dinner celebrating the remarkable 13-year journey of Connie & Ted's. ๐๐ฆ๐ช
Inspired by the final cast before returning to shore, the evening is a tribute to the guests, friends, fishermen, team members, and community who have made Connie & Ted's so special. Together, we'll revisit beloved favorites, share stories, raise a glass, and celebrate the memories created around our tables over the years.
While this chapter may be coming to a close, the spirit of Connie & Ted's and the people who brought it to life will always remain.

What began as a love letter to New England seafood, Rhode Island traditions, and โno shortcutsโ cooking became something far more meaningful because of the guests, team, fishermen, farmers, and friends who supported us along the way.

Our Swordfish BLT has quickly become the talk of the town thanks to Executive Chef Baxter, who transforms typically overlooked swordfish cuts by rendering them like bacon, creating something unexpectedly craveable.
Paired with celebrity tomato, gem lettuce, and smoked maple aioli, it may just be our new favorite thing.
