Let’s talk Colombian street food—because it’s a whole vibe! 🇨🇴 From Bogotá’s La Perseverancia market to Cartagena’s Old City, these street treats are iconic and loved worldwide. Chef Carlos wanted to bring these staples to Cali, to fuse is heritage and hometown.
First up: Arepas! These delicious discs of pre-cooked cornmeal are served with our house sauces. Sweet or savory, they’re perfect for breakfast, a snack, or as a side dish.
Then we’ve got Patacones—crispy, salty fried green plantains that are the ultimate street snack. Simple, crunchy, and SO tasty!
