The OP Cafe is a true hidden gem in Santa Monica's Sunset Park neighborhood. Since 1996, this family-owned cafe has been serving up delicious breakfast and lunch dishes that are fresh and flavorful. The vintage bungalow-style cafe and secluded patio offer a relaxed beach-town charm that is beloved by locals and loyalists alike. The friendly service and affordable prices make it feel like a friends and family place.

Owned by lifelong Santa Monica residents Mark and Lani Verge, The OP Cafe is one of four On The Verge Hospitality restaurants on the Westside. Their menu features classic American breakfast and lunch fare with a twist, spiced up with fresh ingredients. And if you're a history buff, you'll love their recently mounted historic photography exhibit, Santa Monica Lifeguards c.1880-1980, at the neighboring Ocean Park Hotel.

The OP Cafe would like to thank historian Arthur C. Verge III for his inspiration and use of archival photos in creating their unique atmosphere. So come on in, enjoy some delicious food, and soak up the beach-town charm at The OP Cafe - Sunset Park's best kept secret!
