🌸⚔️ Neon lights, extraordinary flavors, and an experience unlike any other.
A Cut Above transformed City Club Los Angeles into a vibrant Tokyo-inspired celebration, where guests witnessed the artistry of a live Bluefin tuna cutting demonstration by Chef Armando Quiroz, enjoyed immersive culinary activations, and experienced an evening filled with energy, culture, and unforgettable entertainment.
From geisha and samurai performances to handcrafted cocktails, sushi and sashimi stations, and special appearances throughout the evening, every moment was designed to delight the senses. The excitement continued as guests gathered to celebrate great food, great company, and the magic of a truly unique experience.

ABOUT. FRIDAY. NIGHT. The Cut Above Event, a Tokyo Nightlife Experience was iconic as members and special guests alike connected 51 stories high for a live tuna carving, fresh sashimi and tuna-inspired fare and live performances by geishas and samurai. DJ Kate kept spinning the tunes and our very special celebrity guest Peter Madrigal was mixing and muddling speciality cocktails. FOMO elevated. Thank you for all who came out to this one of a kind event in LA 🍶🥢🍣
