As our IN-N-OUT Family continues to grieve this tragedy in Twin Falls, we remain focused on honoring the precious lives lost, supporting those affected, and expressing our gratitude to the many individuals whose courage and compassion brought strength and hope to so many during this incredibly difficult time.
We are deeply thankful for the Twin Falls Police Department; Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Department; local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies; Twin Falls Fire Department; Magic Valley Paramedics; dispatchers; first responders; and the physicians, nurses, and staff at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center for their expert response and care for the victims. Their service reflects the very best of this great community, and the people of Twin Falls have every reason to be proud of them.
We also want to recognize the extraordinary actions of an off-duty Idaho State Trooper and the two courageous citizens whose bravery helped distract and drive the suspect away, preventing further loss of life and injury. Their heroic actions undoubtedly protected others from harm.
With thoughtful consideration, respect, and care for our Associates and the Twin Falls community, the restaurant will reopen on Friday, August 7th, at 4:15 p.m., the same time IN-N-OUT first opened in Baldwin Park in 1948.
As we reopen our doors, we do so with a steadfast commitment to supporting our Associates and serving the community that has demonstrated remarkable strength and compassion during this difficult time. We are encouraged by the unity of the Twin Falls community and remain prayerful for all those affected. May God draw near the brokenhearted, grant strength to those who mourn, and provide His comfort, healing, and peace in the days and weeks ahead. We place our trust in His faithfulness and grace as we move forward together.

Our IN-N-OUT Family is heartbroken as we mourn the tragic loss of three innocent lives, one of them being our Associate, Ashley Garibay.
Ashley was more than an Associate. She was a valued member of our IN-N-OUT Family, who strongly embodied our values and provided the friendliest service to our Customers, with a smile and warmth that left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
We will remember Ashley as a beloved friend and teammate whose dedication, pride, and compassion will never be forgotten. We extend our deepest condolences to Ashley’s family, friends, loved ones, and fellow Associates during this incredibly difficult time. We are grateful to have had Ashley as part of our IN-N-OUT Family and will continue to honor and cherish her memory today and always.
We are offering her family support in many ways that reflect their needs and wishes, while respecting their privacy.
Thank you for the kindness and prayers shared in Ashley’s memory and extended to her loved ones.
